The NAR (National Association of Realtors) and Google had a recent study that 2 out of 3 people are looking for a real estate agent online. People take time for searching the best agent online using social media like Facebook to get a back ground check. 63% Americans Gather not only information in Facebook but even get their daily news using the social media platform.
How should you search for the perfect agent?
Put in mind that an agent should care about your needs and your family’s welfare. A bad agent brags about his accomplishments and make everything about how much he earns. Determine this by extensively checking out an agent’s Facebook page Their page should have the proper information about what can help you through deciding on buying or selling your home .
